Hi, I’m Diana and I have a passion for wellness! Melisabee’s Mindful Meals was brought to life out of my many years as an RN, helping people navigate the healthcare system. So many times, people are given medications and general lifestyle advice from their practitioners, but the advice is often vague and confusing. Melisabee’s aims to change that by consciously creating delicious meals that help you stay healthy. By combining specific ingredients, I’ve created recipes and menu plans to help with high blood pressure, cholesterol, depression, anxiety, insomnia, stress reduction, and prosperity, to name a few. Why does healthy have to taste like medicine? My personal journey of exploration has yielded some amazing finds, and a lot of information that I didn’t know existed.
