Slow Cooker Pork and French Lentils
2 cups carrots, sliced 1 large onion, diced
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary 1 tsp fresh thyme
2 pounds pork shoulder 1 cup french lentils, washed and picked over
1/2 cup red wine 1 cup vegetable broth
Combine all ingredients in 6 qt crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
