To make sure this dish is as healthy as it is delicious, we shopped our ingredients locally. Our pasture raised pork usually comes from trusted local shops, like V. Miller Meats or Taylor’s Market, here in Sacramento. We hand-pick our veggies from our organic go-to Sacramento Natural Foods Co-Op, or from the local Sunday Farmer’s Market. After all, we are what we eat, and we want to be our very best.
