Prepared meals - 20 meals (5 entrees + sides)
I will do an inventory of your kitchen and pantry and create menus based on your needs. Then I will shop and prepare meals in your kitchen according to a pre-arranged schedule. When I am finished, you will have prepared meals, packaged with easy to follow heating instructions...and a clean kitchen that smells great!

If you'd rather learn to do your own cooking, then we will do some meal planning together and take a trip to the store. I'll start you off with a few recipes and give you suggestions for specific foods to help with your health issues.
Pricing:
Nutritional Consultation - $60 ($30 will be applied to first order of prepared meals)
Prepared Meals - $325-$350 for 20 meals (price depends on meal options chosen)
Pantry set-up and consulting - $60 hourly
Classes - $60 hourly for individual instruction
